Removing Headlight Fuse Cover

I hate to ask such a noob question but does anyone know how to remove the 30A low beam headlight fuse cover? How do you remove this thingy? I've been trying to figure it out but I really don't wanna break anything and I've tried searching but found nothing.

I've never done this. But here's the word from Honda.

You have to unscrew those 2 screw/bolts holding it down and then carefully pull it up.
