The chrome lives. I don't get it.
Ah, apologies sir. Here you go:

Personally, I'm fine with the chrome on the MSM, especially with the '17-'19 wheels (I have a '19 Si, and am not looking to do a chrome delete). If you have a white or red one, then I think I get why it's not the look you'd want.

However, with the black wheels now, I can see some good in a chrome delete here as well.

Here is what it would look like on Aegean Blue:

Any chance you could do this to the coupe?
Depends on the photo. I did it earlier from a red one (gotta find the post in a sec), but it was a bad shot (quality, reflection... it seemed like it was already digitally altered in itself).

If there is an updated one you know of, let me know and I'll check it out.

So interestingly enough, those are the same photos I did them with once before upon request, only I did them very, very fast and they were low quality images.

https://www.civicx.com/threads/refreshed-2020-civic-si.40445/page-13#post-670883

Because of the reduced glare, it kind of didn't come through the greatest. Maybe I'll spend a hair more time with the high quality images and try it again, but as I said because of the reduced glare it may come off strangely (probably because of the red color).

I just played with it on a photo for a sec, and I have to be honest, I think the red doesn't bode all that well with this. Every time I try it, reflections just don't gleam the same way (because you'd want to see details in the reflections that you can't see, since everything off of it is samely-colored in nature compared to that of the Aegean Blue).

EDIT: Okay, this is slightly a better picture to choose from, so here are a couple of colors from the original red.

Even the front vents are starting to grown on me. I love this refresh. It seems like they finally gave this car all the finishing touches it needed. I wonder if this will go for 2 or 3 yrs? I'd love to see a yellow photoshop! That has to look dope af w the black wheels.

These look like the same seats just with red stripes, anyone think they're any different?

I'll have photos of the 2020 fascia in Tonic Yellow next month. Will post up once installed.

For me, the seats are the only thing keeping me from really liking the changes. I would even be willing to wait months to have the 2020 with the former seats.

The only way that would ever be possible is to buy a 2020 and then order 17-19 seat covers, or find some from a wreckers.

I'm sure there will be plenty of seat swapping going on between owners. As an owner of a Rallye Red Si, I could be persuaded to swap for the red seats with someone who doesn't like them.

If you buy. We could meet half way and trade seats. 2019 si.
