Daily with the occasional fun at the track
My personal opinion is the factory Honda pads are great for everything with the exception of track work. I liked the way my Porterfield R4/R4S front/rear combo worked on the track but be advised they don’t last terribly long. I’m a fan of having a dedicated set of pads to swap at the track cause I’ve never used a street/track pad that was particularly good.

I don't mind if I have to swap them out more often. I just want to be able to brake past 100mph without alot of brake fade. The 16 civic was worse. But after a few 100mph pulls and braking at the track it was very noticeable

What swaybar did you get and is it sketchy in the rain with it on.

Sirimoto, I keep it on the stiffer mode. And so far I haven't had any issues with rain. I even survived the Maine winter xD I recently got 255s and a wider wheel set, that made the biggest difference.

Been spending a lot of time lately behind closed doors working on a brake solution. Trying some combos and seeing what we can do to enhance the system. I feel like we are getting pretty close to a solution. Will be sure to keep you guys posted in the coming weeks.

A question about those Hawk pads: Do they fit like OEM front pads? And if so, where did you buy them?

FWIW I’m now on my third set of track pads. I’ve used Porterfield R4 and G-LOC R10. For my third set I went with the Porterfields again. Both companies will make them if you give them a call.

Will use a standard pad more than likely that way you guys have tons of options to choose from.

3rd set? how long are they lasting? Are they eating thru the rotors? Thanks.

I might try a set of Carbotecfh XP10's when they come in stock. Really want Hawk to release some DTC60's for the Si.
