Totally need to figure out a way to make this possible on our NA cars. I would pay a considerable amount for this haha.

Adding the OEM stuff would probably be difficult and expensive, but there are companies likes Goshers that make add-on blind-spot monitoring systems. You could probably mount the warning lights for it inside the mirrors even. You just scrape a little of the metal mirror surface off the backside of the mirror, leaving you with a spot of bare glass to put the light behind.
