Rear Bumper Options

Hi, i will try to get a picture uploaded later but it seems someone has hit the back of my type r but it was very minor. There are 2-3 scratches that really cant be seen unless you inspect the car thoroughly . Also it seems due to the impact, the bumper has risen a little but again, you literally cant tell unless you pass your hand through it.

Now my question is... I know a a guy who does amazing work with paint match and dent incidents. Would it be worth taking it to him or just buying the bumper new? Also can someone confirm this is the type r bumper? Does this include the red stripe on the bottom? I feel like it isnt because the price is too good to be true lol

Looking at the third picture in the parts diagrams, yes that's the type r bumper.
