Random Loud Turbo Whines 2500rpm+

Does anyone get random loud turbo whines when its cold outside? I'm not talking about the normal whine at 2k, this whine is MUCH louder, and comes and goes. Acceleration doesn't seem to have much of an effect on it.

Whenever it is below 50 I notice it, and in a thirty minute drive I may her it 3 or 4 times at most for 3 seconds.
And I don't have it everyday. For example I've heard it today, and the previous time was about 2 weeks ago.

Im guessing you are hearing your ac condenser. It sounds like a space ship when it engages. Throttle would definitely affect the sound i would think if it was the turbo

On that subject is the AC supposed to make gurgling sounds?

Supposed too, no idea. Everyones does though lol, nothing to be alarmed by.

I swear my yaris never had anything strange going on. This car leaves me with nothing but questions, but it has been my favorite one by far haha.
