Radio won't shut off

Hi All, just happened two days ago, I was backing into my garage, the radio was on XM, and a call came in, tried to to answer from dash and could not, put it in neutral and answered the phone. After that I could not shut off the radio, still can't. Will contact the dealer, keep you posted.

That's a known bug with the system you have to go in and get it flashed

That's a known bug with the system you have to go in and get it flashed

The dealer did the update to mine last Thursday and it has happened no less than 5 times since. This time I recorded it and going to show it to the dealer tomorrow once I am on lunch. The only way so far that I have found for this to not happen it to turn the car off after I have parked while in drive, then shift to park.
