A few questions for the Civicologists out there:
1) Is the CTR hood made of aluminum? Is it just the outer skin, or is the entire part made of aluminum?
2) What are the weight savings compared to the steel hoods that other Civics use?
3) Is the shape of the CTR hood a match for the shape of the steel Civic hoods? (The CTR obviously has very different front fenders, but the hood itself seems to be the same basic shape.)
4) Besides the preparation and painting of the part, how extensive a project would it be to fit an OEM Type-R hood on an Si coupe? (What modifications to the supporting hardware would be necessary?)
5) Has anyone done this already?
