Thanks for inquiring about our flex fuel kit. You will need to mix a blend of pump gas and ethanol, running 30-40% ethanol is what most are doing to add extra power.

To get TSP's recommended 30-40% it would probably typically take near a 50/50% mixture at your pump. I would just put in 3 or 4 gallons of E85 and then top off with 93. That should bring you close. For the first time though you might put in a little less E85 to see what your Ktuner ethanol parameter reads. Note that pumps vary on ethanol content so this is just a starting recommendation. I am aynal so I use an android app in my phone to try to get an exact blend.

That is a good question! I don't know. The gas station that I go to changed the ethanol percentage from 60 percent to 77 percent. That caused me to have a tank of E45. My butt told me that the car wasn't running as strong as on when I was on E40. I just used up 3 gallons and topped off with 93 and the ethanol percentage dropped back into range. But, I don't fully trust my butt.

Congratulations! Another excellent video. Too late for me as I have already installed my TSP flex fuel kit. I am sure it will be a lot of help for many others.

One small caution I would like to add is that the taught cable to the engine might be an issue for some as the engine moves with acceleration and may overstress the cable if it is too tight. With your 27Won rmm I am sure it won't be a problem as your engine won't be moving much on acceleration.

    Again, great job!
