Z was not a daily. When I had one brand new in 2006, that was a daily. The current one is modified so much I wouldn't want to daily it (loud, harsh ride etc) :D

It comes down to your needs for a DD (winters, family, DIY hauling) . The Z comes with compromises compared to the CTR ( 2 seats, small trunk) so if you can live with that, then there should be nothing holding you back from a Z. Its a soild, reilable car thats easy to work on.
Good to hear, thanks for the input! I'm trying to gather as much info as possible and I'm slowly inching toward the Z. My biggest concern is how it will handle winter driving. I'm not afraid to drive in our mild Vancouver conditions, just not sure how the car will take to it. I would of course throw on some snow tires, possibly even studded.

Apologies for going off topic though, I got way to excited seeing two cars I hope to own and thought it was the perfect opportunity to get some insight. But yeah, congrats on getting the CTR! PMM looks soo good it's making me second guess CW as the best color.

I don't know about OP. But my insurance quote for 350 or 370Z is on par with Maserati..... Nope.
Ya the insurance is a bit nuts on them but, I think it will be worth it for the experience.

I had my first Z when I lived in Anchorage, Alaska. Winters there aren't as crazy as you'd imagine but I'm sure there were some days I wouldn't possibly drive it. But with some good tires and a decent head on your shoulders I don't see why you couldn't drive it in winter.

Welcome to the PMM club. You're only a couple above me.
That's awesome! Hadn't seen one that high. How long have you had yours?

Picked it up a week and a half ago. There's another one in Mobile AL who is one below me and another who is like three or four off in Montgomery AL. We're all PMM, feels like they're just blasting them out in regions as the same color? :dunno:

My number is 5401. Thought I had the highest number until you. I also have PMM...under a blue wrap. Congrats and welcome.

could have bought PMM badge 136 at MSRP but passed on it
i want a 2018 and will get it at MSRP, want black or champ white

also not risking low badge numbers with possible issues .

2 things that bother me with this car. No Homelink & no auto dimming mirror.

I think once you have them, it’s hard to drive a car with out those features.

Purchased an Odyssey bin and took out the homelink and followed some instructions thanks to a thread on this forum.
