No one is going to pay that much for a used CTR.
You are better off parting out the aftermarket parts and selling the car STOCK

If I had cash on hand I would totally scoop that up from you that price is not bad at all... Have you tried posting ads around other sites? I can't imagine it will be too hard to find a buyer with the demand of the Type R.

On a side note... I totally passed you a few weeks ago on my motorcycle, i remember those red mirrors. If you saw a guy on a red and white motorcycle give you a derpy wave and thumbs up on the LIE that was me lol!

Why not just pay off the car and then buy the house. You will eventually need to buy a replacement car. I would hate to sell it and regret later.
