Pairing Samsung S4 Bluetooth Issue

Samsung Galaxy S4 was paired to my 16 LX but now when I try to reconnect I get to "Blue Tooth Pairing Request. Confirm passkey is xxxxxx to pair with hands free link" message as I should by when I click "OK" on the phone nothing happens. Can't figure out what is wrong. Any help??

I can't get mine to work either. I've tried for 6 months. If you figure it out I would love to know. Personally I think the phone is too old.
