I would recommend going to O'Reillys and picking up some BG's 44K. I had misfires on my 2003 MDX, mind you it had 190k on the clock. But it cleared up my misfires as I had dirty injectors and fuel system. Chevron is good, just had better luck with 44k
It's not the fuel system or injectors. They came out clean and fully operational (supposedly anyway) They're fully checking the intake valves today as well but haven't heard anything back yet.

Update from today. According to Honda, they said to replace the fuel line and fuel injectors. The dealer ordered the parts and won't be here until the 22nd. My service adviser put in a request for me on a rental until they figure this out; he's been a great help in keeping me updated on whats been going on but I doubt the techns know what they're doing.

Yeah it's great they're looking at it, just sort of shitty it's a process of elimination now rather than knowing what's up with it first. Curious as to why they're changing out the fuel injectors and fuel line if they supposedly already tested that and they're functioning normally :hmm:

To be fair, intermittent issues like this are a pain to diagnose. If it's not fuel, they'll probably look at valves/airflow next. Rings and spark seem to have been ruled out.

Nope. Ended up getting my own rental and will submit for reimbursement. Dealer is supposedly out of rentals and has been for 2 weeks now.

Car is ready, car didn't misfire on the new injectors. @Design wins. Faulty injector. Obviously I will confirm with later driving once I get the car again

See folks, you can be tuned and still get warranty work, YES even engine warranty work done while tuned. Be smart, flash stock, respect your service advisor and itll work out. Well done Syntek, glad you got it figured out.....for now
