As the title says,

My goal is to beat STi's and EVOs.
Nothing too crazy, not BUILT ones just maybe FBOs.

Which turbo route should I go, PRL or 27WON?
The mods I currently have are:
PRL Cobra w/Street
PRL Intercooler.
PRL Down/Front pipe.
FX350 w/DMF
and VitViper Stage 2 tune.

Now this is also my daily driver so if that makes a difference.
I understand that the Si is not a "drag" car.

I thought this was enough to beat a stock ish sti/evo?
Yeah, but I want to beat some tuned ones. "Off-the-shelf" types.

You can already beat them in handling and keep up with them being straight line. That being said, you will need to have sticky tires for any turbo upgrades. It all depends what your power goals are. The @PRL Motorsports big turbo kit is designed for you to grow into, but also give you close to 400 at the wheel on stock internals. However, you also have to make sure that power is usable, hence sticky tires. Same thing with the 27Won drop in turbo. It will give you a bump in power, but it is maxed out for stock internals, etc. You will be Evo's and STI's with both. But either way, making sure that power translated to traction is where you need to put your money too.

Just leave your car as it is, that is unless you can afford to throw it away as a throw away car. Beating someone else is not going to make you into a better man or even be that big a deal. Sure, if you are going to actually use the car exclusively as a race car and you can afford to, go for it but, as your daily driver, I say to leave it alone.

If you are looking to have a fun street/daily car and not give up on anything you already have then the W1 is a good choice. Super easy install, 100% drop in with zero modification required. Works with all the parts you already have, retains the boost by gear and EWG functions and comes with our 1-year warranty. It can easily get you in the 350-380 window and can beat up on some cars if you so wish. You has the end user will ultimately need to decide what is best for you. We find this turbo to be a great bolt on and ready to go unit. Check out our blogs if you have any other questions or hit us up.

I agree. Seeing as its winter where I am at I plan on getting P4S's when it gets warmer out. I already have the 27WON RMM. I just wanted to get some opinions for the upcoming Spring. Wasn't really in a rush.
Thank you though.

You'll already be able to hang with them. If you want to make them sell their cars, then get Flex-Fuel and the 27Won W1 drop-in turbo with custom tune.

By "beat", do you mean track performance or stoplight drag races since this is your daily driver?

Think I am leaning towards this option.

The W1 will more than max out the PS4's at all legal speeds. Better DD.
