That is unfortunate, and is typical of something developed by a TECHIE, who is obviously familiar with their own product, but who fails to appreciate that not everyone else, especially new users, may need to be educated and brought up to speed with a detailed set of instructions / Manual.Your not completely wrong in your statement. I don't think ktuner markets to new comers. They expect the people buying their product to already know how to do these things. There was kind a lot of "figuring it out on my own" when I got my ktuner and flashing an ecu for the first time ever. Great product but the directions deff don't accommodate for learner's.
The "email us, and we will take care of you on a one -by-one basis, is both inefficient and not scale-able to a larger market. While Personal attention to individual customers is commendable ( are rare these days), it can be very frustrating to customers who just want the information they need to get on with life, without having to enter a series of email exchanges.
It give me the impression that Ktuner is "making it up as they go along" and really do not have their act together. Hope I am wrong, but its the Vibe they are putting out.
