I couldn't locate 90114-SE0-A01, but I did find 90114-SE0-000 (located here: https://www.amazon.com/Splash-Shiel...ocphy=9004710&hvtargid=pla-367729504220&psc=1). Are these the same thing?
I also noted that you indicated that I will need 6 each of the self tapping screws and 2 each of the spring nuts. Just to confirm, that means that I should order 24 tapping screws and 8 spring nuts in total? Or just the 6 screws and 2 nuts in total?
Finally, I recall reading that some drilling of the bumper and/or splash shield may be required for the spring nuts. If this is accurate, would you possibly be able to take a picture of exactly what you drilled for yours?
Thanks in advance for all of your help with these!
yes, that is the same fastener with the floating washer.I need the same info.
Thanks! Did I read correctly that I may be able to get away with using double sided tape to hold the spring nut on instead of drilling a hole in the body? Not familiar with spring nuts, so I'm trying to picture how it would fit into the drilled holes.yes, that is the same fastener with the floating washer.
for the complete install, one only requires 6 each of the self tapping screws and 2 each of the spring nuts.
2 screws are used for the front driver and 2 screws are used for the front passenger.
1 screw and 1 spring nut for the driver rear and 1 screw and spring nut for the passenger rear.
as shown in the picture below, one will have to drill a small pilot hole and install the spring nut over it.
this is located on the lowest of the rear bumper where there are no existing hardware.
lmk if you guys have any more questions. gl!
it may work but i opted against this due to cone strikes at autox. Thanks! didn't apply anything, after washing i make sure to leaf blow it well. so far, no issues here in hawaii. Finally received my order, I'm tempted to drill the sprint nut but the main thing I'm worried about is rust. Did you do anything to prevent it from rusting or should i not be worried?
Any photos without the filters? I can't actually tell what they really look like in those. LolHere are a couple pics from my IG (@ratedrundergound) of the red carbon ones I just ordered and installed -
