Anybody know why occasionally i will have a hard to press brake pedal when push button starting my 19 sport sedan? it has done it about 6 times randomly and first time was about 4 months into ownership. seems to happen if it has been sitting for overnight. it will still start but the pedal does not want to move as much as it normally does, thanks!

The feel of the pedal changes once the car starts running (and the power-assist begins to... power up). Is that what you mean?..

Also... I can feel the ebrake through the brake pedal as it engages and disengages.

this is before the car is started, when you first press on the brake pedal then push the start button, randomly it will have no give to it and rest of the time it will move some. i have not been setting the e brake either, i will try to start setting it and see if that makes any difference, i park indoors on flat surface so have never set the e brake before.
