Stage 2 is custom, not using quick adjustments. You can't replicate it directly with the quick adjustments, but you can surpass it. Spool set to improved and responsiveness set to improved will get you close.

I'm so glad I come across this post.
I have yet to have my ktuner for a week now.
Totally enjoyed Stage 1 , I was thinking about trying to mimic stage 0 stage 1 and Stage 2 for on the fly mapping.
So the closest thing I can do from what I understand here set my boost points,
Early spool,
Responsiveness set to improved.
And this should get me close right or correct me.
It's just when I try it is really exaggerated, looking for a good base line to start from .
So many adjustments.
