I decided to consolidate all I have done with the car, to offer a feedback for fellow owners in how to start changing few things here & there. This consolidation I think works better, than me try to make a new post every day: I won’t be able to remember :coffee:

I’m new in the Honda world. Always wanted a Honda, but not any Honda, wanted something special, loud visually speaking, “A hard to see every day kinda car”. And off course I want a S2000 & NSX too!!

Goal with the CTR: enjoy it!

I have (done / in mind) some stuff already:

    Engine

    Mishimoto Catch can kit (ordered)

    Braille Lightweight battery

    (Future mods)

    -Euro engine bay covers

    -Tune

-Supporting mod for tune: Intercooler, downpipe & Intake.

    -Oil cooler

    -Turbo blanket

    -Turbo upgrade (possibly stock hybrid)

    -Water meth

    Drivetrain:

Beefier clutch (future mod) I still believe, as soon as this car gets tuned & downpipe, clutch will go INSTANTLY.

    Braking:

    Sportier pads & rotors

    Wheels & suspension:

    -Winter set: 18” Enkei RPF1 + Contis DWS 06.
They are all season tires (cold Chicago weather sometimes). I have used different air pressure to test how they feel.
    35 /33
    38/35
    40/37
I can tell the car feels different on each.

-Aftermarket rear sway bar (future mod)

-Stock wheel & tire set for the summer.

    Exterior:

    Carbon fiber wing (future mod)

Car cover: I wonder if I ever use it.. I recently changed it for the dust cover

    Honda Rear Bumper Applique.

    Awesome start so far!

How does the Euro bucket mod go? I probably will want to do that in the future too.

Also -- is the carbon accent for the rear hatch shock an OEM accessory?

Also, one more question! How's the view in the Spoon mirror? I've just added a Broadway mirror to mine but it vibrates at times so I may consider that Spoon mod as well.

    Thanks!

Euro bucket is been quoted by a friend, that he asked in the U.K in $800 shipped, I need to check on that price. I ended up wrapping the shock, I think I got annoyed to see the brand every time I put gas :D . The Spoon mirror is a great entry option, for someone that doesn’t want to do a big change yet. Especially if you don’t want to put tinted windows yet. It works perfect.

One of the main supporting mods has arrived, I can’t wait to install it :). The catch should come come in most cars as standard equipment, specially sporty car brand’s models.
**I went with the black hanger, maintaining the red engine cover as the star of the engine bay.

What does a brake fluid reservoir cover do? Besides getting dirty in your engine bay?

Initially it was created to cover any possible spill on Honda motorcycles, later became more of cult vanity’s in Honda car owners. Think of a sticker made of fabric on your engine bay.
    Nostalgia.

I should put the catch cam kit, but I got lazy and end up cleaning and “prepping” for the winter time. Ironically here is Chicago the weather is been good.
Turbo weather, 40 degrees Fahrenheit

That’s the second numbered poster I’ve seen. Did the dealership give you that? I received the car only haha.
