New Product Development: HKS

Hey Guys,

we have close relations with HKS and last week I went ahead and asked if they had anything in the works for the FK8. I can't divulge many details but I can say they have a lot of parts planned for the vehicle (exhaust, intake, suspension, and more). It'll likely be a little longer than most brands since they're still working on getting one in Japan for testing. But it's good news!!! I'll keep in touch and update with more info as it becomes available

However it was decided to wait for the September release of the Type R in Japan.

HKS Hipermax GT and SP coilovers are in the works, from their dealer release they had the front knuckle measurements for the Type R listed with TBD.

Coilovers and Exhaust are confirmed, but other parts like intercooler and such are still work in progress. They have not confirmed just yet what else they have planned.

EDIT: Intercooler is in the works too, I was wrong

Spoon Sports USA already has a car they're working on parts for, nothing yet from Japan or Ichishima-san but I am sure they have something planned

I saw that oh well. Until HKS releases R&D on it I might make the switch if it's better than PRLs. I plan on getting as much HKS parts as possible for my car
