I have really enjoyed my 2020 EX-L Sedan so far, but a couple of head scratchers have occurred regarding the infotainment system.

1. If I am using Apple CarPlay when I shut the car off, it instructs me to attach my phone upon next startup. Until I do, I am unable to change the source to say, SiriusXM.
2. After pulling up a song in shuffle mode, the system didn't play it and bombed out of the CarPlay menu back to the main.

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

1. Not even by hitting the ā€˜Sourceā€™ button? Or tapping UP on the left steering wheel control pad?

2. No, thatā€™s weird. Restart your phone? I find CarPlay issues are typically always a fault with the iPhone.

Only tried hitting the source button. Couldn't get past the "attach your phone" message.

I will try that with the phone. This is my first time using ACP as anything but a guest.

I'm also not getting the ACP screen on my phone you have to get out of to access phone functions directly. Maybe they did away with it?
