How's everyone liking the new Android Auto so far? I went on a short drive today and the interface looked more usable.

Tried it for the first time today, I like the new look. Really only use Waze/maps/play music but it's nice I guess.

I think it is great so far! I like having Spotify in a "task bar" location when google maps is up and vice versa.

Does it work better with the Galaxy S10 phones?
It will work better with newer android phones in general. The only time I've ever seen super bad issues were with phones 4 years or older, or 200$ or cheaper. That was with the old android auto. I'd assume its probably around 3 years or older now, but I've yet to have a customer that I set up with new android auto that had anything older than an S9.

Works fine with s9+ and doesn't seem any slower when using my old LG G5 via tethering.
Well since a G5 is from 2016 and is working fine, seems like it's still about 4 years old or so. Do keep in mind, I mean flagships. If you're running a cheap phone that isn't like a OnePlus or Google phone you may have worse luck.

I used the G5 the other day because I saw Oreo was released as an update for it. Generally I only use the G5 for retrogaming and for Escorts radsr detector app. My primary phone is an S9+ on Pie. I am holding out for the S11+ next year.

I got a pop-up notification about the new interface two days ago when I plugged my phone in during my morning drive...decided to try it out.
Definitely better than the "old" Android Auto interface.

If any of you are running into weird font/sizing issues, see if enabling developer mode, to access those extra settings, help with that.

OnePlus 6T McClaren edition, and no issues so far.
