Need help removing steering wheel

Hi everyone.
I am trying to swap the stock steering wheel to CTR steering wheel.
I have read previous post and also YouTube to see how to remove it but I am stucked at one point where i need to use hex key size 10 unscrew the centre big screw.
I have a good powerful drill and the size 10 hex bit as well but it just wont loosen at all.
Is there any trick to loosen it ??
Please advice

Picture show that where I am stucked. I tried to use the hand key as well as electric drill with bit but both wont work.

I used the hex bit along with a breaker bar to loosen the bolt. Lol at the hand key.

Thx, I googled more .. people said the bolt are glued by loctite..I used my hair blower and it works finally.

I know II'm late to the party, but I am trying to swap my steering wheel and that center bolt won't even budge with a 1/2" drive, 300 lbs ft torque impact wrench. WTH. How long did you have to heat it up and did you end up getting the bolt to break loose by hand or impact gun?
