Mishimoto Oil Catch Can - Availability

For the Mishimoto Oil Catch Can, has anyone been able to order one within the last two months? I've tried with three different vendors and my order would get cancelled soon afterwards. They said the item is unavailable. After reading a few online posts, are the quality control issues with Mishimoto Oil Catch Can still ongoing? Any idea when Mishimoto will fix it? Any vendor alternative available?

No, I'm opting to not buy from Mishimoto website for $240 when other vendors are selling for $180. Have you had success through Mishimoto direct? Seems odd that the product would be available thru Mishimoto direct and not through its various vendors.

I read that there may be some filter or hose fitment issues?
Pretty recent posts so was curious if others are getting their orders delayed or backordered.

I'm glad to hear yours is working well! I figure that I'll wait another month or two before doing another order. (Assuming there are some quality control issues that needs to be cleaned up. )

I talked to one of the guys at mishimoto on the phone. He said they are updating the catch cans. Different hoses, baffle, able to hold more and addressing the threads to unscrew the can. Said release should be in August.

WOW, never had any of those issues but never did use the hoses it came with. Got mine brand new for $160 shipped......
