Ok. Last labor day some stupid girl was driving around a corner that you have to turn left. She decided to apex the corner and and smacked right into the front of my car. She was high as hell. Smoke coming out like the fog. Anyways she did about $4700 in damages. Front end, radiator, intercooler, brackets stuff like that. My questions is should I sell it and get a new one once it's repaired? I know I'm going to lose thousands but what is my best option? Any advice if it was you. I was thinking about trying to sell it to carmax.
Sue her insurance for lost value.

Whether the car in the accident needs to be sold depends on the degree of damage to the car. If the incident does not cause any destructive damage to the car, and will not affect the performance of the overall frame, there is no need to sell the car; if there is a serious accident such as a rear-end collision, collision, etc., which may cause frame deformation and other vehicles, you can consider selling the car car.
