mid-pipe upgrade - need a tune?

Just wondering do you need a tune to replace this mid-pipe so no error's come up? if someone could confirm i know downpipe you need a tune...

I have the RV6 catless DP installed with midpipe no CEL. Over 200 miles so far.

The mid pipe or front pipe as I call it is located after the second o2 sensor. There is no sensors on the to the muffler no need to worry

Curious to know why you would replace a mid-pipe on it's own? There'd be almost 0 performance increase as you're still restricted by the down pipe.
