I'm on the FK8 north American owners page, and a few other FK8 and 10th gen groups. Maybe we can do a meet at our shop some time, I know there were a few guys asking about our shifters at the cars & coffee event I went to a few weeks ago.

Fiance bought me the Hybrid Racing shifter for Christmas. This shifter absolutely transforms the car. It feels gated/notchy and the throws on the shifter are so short. I currently have the stainless Hybrid knob on it but Kendall at Hybrid mentioned trying the aluminum Hybrid knob i have. Definitely worth the investment.
