Loud knock in reverse turning

There is a loud single knock sound from the front of the car when I'm reversing out of my driveway and turning the steering wheel. My driveway is on an incline and I don't turn the steering wheel all the way to the end of the turn radius. Also, this happened before I got my wheels and I'm still stock height.

I too have had something similar and the scared the crap outta me because it was so loud. I thought I had broke something. I think it might be rocks in the dust shield. Take off your front wheels and check to see if there is anything stuck between the brake caliper and the dust shield.
