Hey guys!
Just signed up for my first track day in my 18 Si. SCCA Track night in America at Atlanta Motorsports park in May!
Prep will be kept to a minimum because I know I am the worst part of this car, but I will be doing brake fluid and pads for sure.
My question is: can i just replace the pads and leave the stock rotors in place? I've got 8k miles on the car right now. Or should I buy new pads and rotors and then keep those pads and rotors matched for future use?
Alternatively: Should i just put an aggressive street pad on new rotors and drive those daily? Im sure they would be dirtier but I wouldn't mind that too much.
Thanks in advance!
