What CELs are you getting? Have you pulled the error codes?
That’s hard for me to do, because you have Togo into limp mode near OBDII shop like autozone. I guess I could go WOT near the store and hope it kicks in. Also typically after limp mode, you turn off the car, when it’s turned on, all codes are clear and the car idles and runs normal

Are the codes stored in the ecu?

You have a flash pro, check the codes with that.

Dallas beat me to it, but yeah, Flashpro will give you the codes. No need to go into limp mode right before you hit Autozone.

To datalog, do I need the flashpro hooked up while the car is running?
You shouldnt need to data log, if there are error codes on the ECU, just plugging in the Flash Pro and the laptop should show them when clicking error codes

For datalogging, plug the Flashpro into OBDII port and press the datalog button til you see blinking. After your drive, hook up your Flashpro to you computer and upload the datalog file to Flashpro Manager. You can then view the datalog and check out the error codes.

Edit: Dallas may be right about not having to datalog to see the errors. But, it's still a good thing to datalog every so often.

Got it. I’m actually Eric data login right now but I loaded a plus pick six PSI with no mods and the car is running really well so I don’t even know if it’s going to work but we’ll see

So the first run, didn't have any sputtering, the second run had sputtering somewhere near the beginning, but soon went away.

The stutter typically happens after the car is ran, then sits for a bit, then stutter on next run. The longer I sit, the worse the sputter/stutter is. I can hear the air being sucked in through the pipe, then it chokes.

Still no codes because I can't get limp mode to kick in.

Put your car back to stock then contact your Honda dealer and bring up this product advisory. This is a warranty issue and repairs should be free.

You did get the misfire code and are having driveability issues. Exactly the symptoms the Honda letter describes. I'd take it in and go from there.
