So, I have a reaaally tiny rip on my shift knob that the dealership would not take the blame for. Was wondering how would I go about repairing this? It's really tiny and I just don't want it to get bigger in the future.

I am sure you can do a search on repairing leather.

I had to replace my shifter at roughly 9000 miles due to the Texas heat. Mine was taken care of under warranty. Not sure why they wouldn't take yours, I also work at a dealership so unless yo don't have extended warranty or you're over the 36k miles then they SHOULD take care of it for you. @steviiee
