I know this sounds like more of a cosmetic upgrade, but does anyone know the largest brakes that can fit on the 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport? I have the stock wheels and don't know what will fit. I would also like something that is drilled/slotted and price conscious. It's that the standard brakes are just pathetic and small.;)

The largest brakes that will fit on your car are whatever you’re willing to do to make them fit. Lol.

If you’re running stock wheels, I’m afraid your options are rather limited unless you add spacers anywhere from 15mm and up. Your best bet would be to get aftermarket wheels with a offset, width AND spoke design that will allow use of a larger caliper. They already make brake kits that are anywhere from 4 to 6 pot. Alternatively, you can also use DC5R brembos If you can source them. I have a set I’ll be taking off my rsx soon.

Oh, I see. I guess I'll keep the brakes stock.

Don't let it dissuade you, keep an eye out because good deals are always popping up. Just be prepared to spend some money if you want bigger brakes. If you're just after this just for cosmetic purposes, they make caliper covers that will give the illusion of a bigger caliper (But anyone who'se been around 4 or 6 pot calipers would be able to instantly tell)

I've seen someone on here upgrade to Si rotors/calipers up front. That seems like the best bang for the buck upgrade

27Won is coming out with a big brake kit at 13" rotors to fit both Si and Hatchback(with bracket for fitment), bigger than the drop in S2k rotor which is at 12.6" but also smaller than the type r rotor at 13.8

If one is willing to spend the money, a custom kit with a 14" rotor a very possible. I'd expect the cost to be around $2,000 for something like that.

Where would we go on about getting a custom?

How did you.. Take my money!
We can assist with that. Our kit would include Wilwood calipers.

is it safe to run a 14" rotor calipers in 2018 civic HB, provided that the wheel is clear??
I know it requires a custom bracket but I dont know how safe it is?
Thank you
No harm in it as long as the wheel clears the rotor.
