So im playing around with my sub menus and look here. It shows Lanewatch installed and working? So I am guessing we just need to buy the Canadian spare part side mirror and plug them in? Also maybe the signal lever with the button?

Pretty much. I think you need the mirror housing too. The car should come pre-wired. And Hondas are LEGOs

It's probably not that easy. There are major difference in wiring harnesses between US and Canadian models. The Ridgeline, for instance, has different engine bay and interior wiring harnesses between US and Canadian models. One of the reasons the engine bay harness is different is because the Canadian version has two horns vs. one in the US. The Canadian version also gets turn signal mirrors which the US version lacks - there is no connector for them in the US version. The mid-trim RTL-T has the Lane Watch, but the higher RTL-E trim does not - there is no connector in the door for it in the RTL-E - different wiring harnesses between the two models.

This menu looks like some high level software component architecture.

The look and feel isn't inline with the rest of the user interface. Could this be some back door which Honda didn't patch up prior to production?

No, it's the standard "in-line diagnostic" menu that Honda have used for over a decade to ensure certain, interconnected components are communicating with one another.

I'm still driving an old Honda that doesn't have these features :(

The US 2017 CTR is the "touring" model, but without touring features... I love the car but Honda really dropped the ball on calling this the touring model just because it has GPS?? Where's lane watch, garage door opener, auto dimming rear view mirror? I would have even loved and electric driver's seat. Also, parking sensor ports are on the bumpers but no sensors....

This is one of the reason why I am hoping the 2018 model will include all these option and hopefully sensing package. I don't understand why Honda did not just provide the exact same car that EU gets.

It's the price. The same reason why the USDM DC2 did not get the red Recaros.
