Ktuner v2 Recovering ECU! LIMP mode

Today while I was driving my SI, I was in 3gear, and at the moment the car stopped and stopped accelerating, when I look at the ktuner that message appears to me, I had to reflash the factory map and then upload the map custom.. Waiting for ktuner response...

You're not in recovery if your engine is running. Hitting yes would begin a recovery flash back to factory.

Likely your cable is loose so the ECU did not get a response to some data requests, but did to others, which is how it detects recovery mode.
