KTuner Unit is not on our system? 2.0 NA

Has anyone had this problem? Just got a Ktuner from a fellow forum member, unlocked and everything, and I know my ecu is supported cause I had a Ktuner previously. Every time I go to register it, it says the unit is not in our system? I’ll post a pic. Any help or advice would be awesome. I downloaded and installed drivers correctly to best of my knowledge.

connect ktuner 2.0 to the car and ktuner software and connect to internet. in the pulldown menu choose check for updates. it should update ktuner device as well as software.
then it should be able to work with your ecu.(as long as it is supported)

Okay cool, I have a v1.2 don’t know if that makes a difference

The unit was reported missing in transit by the original owner, but apparently showed up after 3 months so it has been released for usage again.

Hi, did you just have to contact Ktuner support to get this fixed? I'm having the same problem but I bought a new Ktuner from TSP's site.
