    I recently had a problem with my KTuner being unable to connect to my computer without receiving popup messages. I went through the forums and posted my issue (thanks for the suggestions everybody) but was unable to get my issue fixed. I ended up contacting KTuner directly and had a dozen or so emails sent back and forth trying to correct the issue. We were unable to fix the problem and KTuner suggested I send it to them to check out. They were unable to replicate the problem, but ended up sending me a new replacement today just to be sure. This goes above and beyond what most companies will do anymore and I just wanted to give a shout out to KTuner for being such an awesome company.

    The Tuner does exactly what was expected of it, but I ended up getting so much more that was unexpected. The Tunerview app will give you so much more data in real time than most stand alone products will. If anyone is even remotely on the fence about KTuner, make the purchase. You will not regret it.

    Did the new unit fix the problem? I love my Ktuner, amazing product. Best mod value for money.

    Their customer support is top notch. Anytime I ask them a question, they reply in an hour or less. They stand almost alone in their level of customer service.

    I did not receive the unit back yet. I had mailed it to them on Tuesday evening. I got an email back on Friday afternoon letting me know that thy could not replicate the problem and that, just to be sure that I wouldn't have issues, they said that they would send me a new one. Within 30 minutes, I had a tracking number for my replacement and will have it at my house on Monday.

    I just added the tune, wow is all I can say.

    Even in Drive it rips tires and pulls hard. Before it fell on its face when I mashed the gas.

    Had a similar issue where my Ktuner was not turning on. I went back and forth with support for a bit then once they determined it wasn't fixable from my end they asked me to ship it to them. Sent it to them and within a few days, don't remember exactly but it was less than a week, it was shipped back fully working.

    Great support!

    So it's normal for their units to fail within 3 months and get hot to the touch? Wondering if hondata would have been better. Waiting on their response to my email before I bail on them.

    definitely not normal. I've left mine sitting on the dash baking in the sun all of last summer and it ran fine. I'm sure KTuner will have you send the unit in and repair it.

    They want me to send it in but I'm not sure why I have to pay shipping when their device failed on me. Has me stuck in that tsp valet mode. smells burnt but it just stays plugged in all the time.

    Because not all companies are huge corporations that can afford to take losses in lieu of the appearence of grand customer service. Amazon and the like have spoiled consumers by taking "the customer is always right" approach to the next level. But when you deal with small businesses (ie. KTuner) paying return shipping for warranty work is pretty standard. Even larger well known companies will have you pay return shipping for warranty service unless you make a fuss about it.
