I just installed the Ktuned Short Ram Intake on my 10th gen civic si . I was on the MAPerformance stage one tune and after some revving it threw a code. P2187 . Flashed it back to the base map 19/23 ktuner and no code but the engine is definitely not performing as it was with the stock box . Is there a tune for the Ktuned SRI ? Is there a setting or something I can change inside of ktuner . HELP

I didn't know K-tuned made an intake for 10th gen. Where did you get it?

I ask because their website only had 8-9th gen intakes

Ah there it is. The placement of the MAF sensor is a ways from stock. I wonder if that may have something to do with it
Could be , I couldn’t find any info or reviews on the product so I took a chance , I’m waiting for Ktuned to reach back out . Installation is straight forward , but I still triple checked anyway.

Post up a datalog (in a .zip file) here that includes some cruising and some WOT. I think your fuel trims may be off due to the MAF placement. I'm guessing your MAF scale may need adjusting.

How far off are your fuel trims?

You might want to revert to stock air box
Edit: or recalibrate MAF

Its a 3 inch intake. Everything is off Im sure and running the risk of damage. You need to tune the car for that intake or reinstall the stock airbox asap.

Also I forgot to mention about that P2187 code you were getting. That's for a lean idle condition. I think your trims have to be 25% off to cause that.

That intake is definitely f'ing up your trims. Are you idling rough?
No rough idling at all , it just doesn’t have the pep that it use to , I’m gonna try to play with the MAF scaling in ktuner but if it doesn’t work I’m going back to stock
