Absolutely, the beginner tunes are great and you can make "quick adjustments" to help with things like throttle response, early spool, etc. It really does feel like driving a different car when you flash the ECU. Wouldn't call it a "fast car" when using it but it definitely wake it up a little bit and makes it more quick (if that makes any sense). Was thinking about getting one but is it worth it on CVT?
what kind of power should I expect to gain?
What type of horsepower gain does this give. Not that it matters just want to know lol.Absolutely, the beginner tunes are great and you can make "quick adjustments" to help with things like throttle response, early spool, etc. It really does feel like driving a different car when you flash the ECU. I get used to it fast and whenever I flash to stock for oil changes at the dealer I realize the difference it makes.
It's also worth looking into the TSP stage 1 tune that you can adjust the different maps on the fly if you want to make it even more fun to drive.
Buy it and have fun but also treat it nicely!

And it's not just all out, pedal to the metal power either. You'll notice it in everyday driveability too. Better throttle response and less lag are two big benefits. If you want easy power, forget the various bolt-ons, start with a tune.
My next question is do I have to buy different tunes? Or are they free? LolKtuner 21 base map. They dyno'd their own Stage 1 non-Si tune closer to 220 whp. I run the TSP and the top end is crazy good.
Buy straight from TSP and get their tune free with the Ktuner as well as the basemaps. My next question is do I have to buy different tunes? Or are they free? Lol
