I just thought about the best place to have an intake grab air from, the fender. Granted it looks hard but still doable.

You could get fresh air there while being compartmentalised away from the engine bay heat.

The old SN95 comes to mind that I think had something similar. Could be wrong.

To make it work new brackets for both the ecu and fuse box are needed. They can be in the same place but need to be turned 90 degrees. Perhaps also height of the fuse box can be adjusted if moved. This will give enough clearance to attempt reaching over into the fender. You have to also picture that the air box is gone in this imaginary build.

Our OEM intake box, is good, just missing a secondary inlet scoop, I'm messing with my intake, doing some insulation testing, and also I'm thinking on add a secondary scoop.

You got me, I can't place the location. Where exactly is that taken from? Can you take a wider pic?
