Issue with the mobile site?

A little off-topic, but is anybody else getting an annoying pop-up/spam thing every once in a while here? It just started happening today, it's one of those super frustrating things that redirects you to some page telling you you won a free iPhone or some crap.

Wondering if there's something up with the site, or if it's just my phone. But it seems to only be happening on CivicX.

P.S.
I've seen the post on the "site feedback" subforum. I have an iPhone and I'm using Chrome, so I don't think it applies to my situation.

What worked for me was turning off the WiFi when visiting the site. I thought it was just me.

This happened a while back. A member on here posted some setting to go into chrome and take care of it, I just cant remember who at this point

I haven't had any problems in a long while but once yesterday, I did get the redirect pop up.
