Relatively new Civic EX owner, missed out on a deal on a touring (rip).

Would it be possible to swap out the factory seats, or mounts, for power seats?

Not just the seat installation you have to think about... Unless your car has power seats already, there’s all the wiring for the seat’s electric motors and the seat heater wiring.
All of that has to go the fuse panel if your car doesn’t have power seats already.
If yours isn’t so equipped, you need to source and install too.
Console and maybe the carpet will have to come out for all that work.

Yeah true. Power seats would be nice but might just have to settle for an aftermarket heated seat installation.
