I have a civic coupe lx. It doesn't come with lane watch on either of the mirrors. Wondering if it's possible for me to change this and buy a new mirror cap. Would this even fix the problem or would I need to get it programmed?

i dont think your headunit would be able to display it? plus you would need the whole mirror with wiring

This is possible but you have to replace the whole right mirror, wiring and turn signal switch. After install, you can calibrate using a function in the hidden menu inside head unit.

We can do it here in Vietnam with the parts imported from Honda Thailand so I think you can do it easier than us but please check if your head unit supports Lane Watch by finding "Lane Watch" option, follow below guide in youtube and you will see the option at 0:27.
