Hey guys can anyone help me?

I’m installing the 27Won downpipe right now but I’ve discovered a small problem... the studs that I use to connect the DP to the Front Pipe is still on the OEM DP. However, I’m having a hard time getting them removed from the old DP.

Do I need to just buy new studs? Or just leave them soaked and somehow screw it off?

I wish the 27Won downpipe came with studs or something or am I missing something here?

Help please! I’m so close to finishing this install! Thanks in advance!

Double nut them off maybe
This is the answer dude. I was annoyed that 27WON didn't supply new studs but that is what it is. Back them out using the double nut trick. I hit them with PB Blaster first

Have you tried threading a nut on it...
I was lucky enough all 3 came off when I installed mine

Double nut trick worked! Thanks for the help everyone!
Glad it worked! Luckily I have a good mechanic who does this type of stuff for me for cheap!

So now I think I made another mistake... this downpipe has made my car LOUD lol

Might be a bit louder than I was expecting, will post updates on my original review posting.

Once again thanks again to everyone who assisted, love this community!

I had no frame of reference as I did the full turbo back all at once, but yeah dude it is LOUD. Let me know what you think about highway cruising, especially around 2.5k-3k RPM. It sounds great but almost too pronounced at that range.
