Injen SRI and KTuner

I bought a KTuner V1.2 a but ago and love it (seriously, buy one right now). Recently I bought and installed the Injen SRI and also love it. I have read that the combo may require some tuning to work the best together. Does anyone have some tips for what I could do myself or find online? If not, is a professional tune my only option?

You can check your fuel trims and see if you were one of the lucky ones that received a decent product from Injen. I would do that first.
