So I'm setting up my winter tires so I've got them prepped and ready to go. My old ones are from my 2007 Acura TL and come in at 235/40/r17. I've used em for 2 winters and were great on the old car, and from what I can see, they'll fit the my 2017 Civic Hatch Sport. Tiresize.com says they are withing 0.4% of OEM so I shouldn't really have any issues

I'm looking at rims right now as the winters are just on plain old steelies and I'd like something sharper looking. So I'd be doing a 17" rim, but I don't know much about tires/rims, so what offset should I be looking for?

Stock offset is +45 if you want to keep factory specs. Anything from +50 to +35 will be good. You get towards +30 and the tires start sticking out past the fender. my ex-t stock was 215/50 17x7 +45

This thread is from 2017. You shouldn't have an issue with TL wheels those are 17x8 +45 and clear the BBK option TL's came with. It's a little wide for winter wheels and potentially wider than you factory wheels. Did your car come with 18s or 17s stock?
