I have a 2017 Type R with two severely curb-rashed OEM wheels caused by the dealer (long story)

They ordered two new wheels at their expense and gave me a great deal on four new OEM Continentals - I have been dealing with them for years

Another dealer has a Hunter Revolution tire changer which I will have mount the wheels/tires in the spring

Do you have any incidents where this machine has damaged OEM wheels removing or mounting stock Continentals ?

That's a top-of-the-line machine. But, if it's not properly maintained (guides, rollers, etc), and if the tech is not that experienced, it could lead to issues.

All 4 of my rims were damaged when i got new tires. But, the shop did right by me and replaced them all and had a more trusted tech do the job the second time
