How to remove oem hood?

Hey I'm getting a new type R style hood from ebay soon. However I have no clue how to remove the current hood and insulation as well. I'm assuming it's some bolts and clips then it comes off? Some help and suggestions would be nice. Especially for the hood insulation as upon first glance I don't see a way to take it off and transfer it over.
