How to mount sub box in hatchback?

Have sub box 13x16x10. What is the best way to secure it in the hatch?

I want to be able to remove it if I have to transport stuff, but it would be rare.

That size box should be fairly stable without much further securement. Some self adhesive Velcro might be all that's needed. Some 90° shelf supports screwed into the box and floor would be more secure, but still easily removed. Use short screws into the floor, and check underneath before screwing into a harness, spare tire etc. In my Outback, I used some nylon straps secured to a luggage loop in the back.
