How to get brighter rear running lights to match eagle eyes center led spoiler?

Sorry for the noob question, searched and found no answers. What is the best way to increase the brightness of the rear taillight running lights to match the eagle eyes wrap around led rear spoiler for sedan? I recently purchased a set of jdm alstair rear led 7443 bulbs to find out that they are only for the brake lights and not running lights

The running lights are LED, built into the housing, which cannot be altered. But swapping out even just the brake lights for those Astar LEDs are worth it for the brighter and instant-on light.
