When I am on a tune, it peaks at around 23-24 psi. In the winter I always flash back to factory so I am only getting 14-16 right now

i get like 10-11 psi but my Si only has 1100 miles on it so might still be breaking in. also dealership originally filled it with 87 so maybe I need to reset the ECU even though I'm running 93 now.

My Phearable tune will peak at 27psi under certain conditions. I also run about 35% ethanol and routinely lean on this car. It's interesting to see how some people are still getting by on a stock clutch. Mine went on TSP Stage 1 a long time ago. I don't think I could get a stock clutch to hold up to the way I drive, much less a stock trans and a few other parts. My car is just too much fun to drive it casual. I enjoy where my build is right now. It's a great mix of parts for street and track. I'm about to go over 160K miles next week, and looking forward to the next 160K smiles.

10-11 psi for sure its not normal, stock ecu push to 20 psi. The 87 oct its bad for the knock control . Try it with minimum premium 91 oct and look if you boost more. If you have the same result you have maybe a air leak.

On tsp stage 1 and 1+ didn't saw over 25psi and same with phearable ots gc+ 25 psi

I max at 24 psi. But that’s relative as I live in Montana at 6,000 altitude. So my turbo spins faster, and 24 boost is lower density then 24 would be at sea level. turbo performance is altitude dependen.

on 93 ever since that first tank. most i've seen in my data logs is 16 psi. haven't really been pushing it very hard though. 2800 miles now.

24psi at sea level is the same as 24psi at 6,000 feet. It's just 24psi over ambient, so your MAP would be lower than someone at sea level. If anything, you should be running a higher PSI tune to compensate for the lower ambient pressure. I'm at sea level, so ambient for me is 14.7 vs 11.7 for you, and I'm maxing out at 33PSI over ambient.
